It just does not seem right that you are five already. This was a big year for you because you started school and you weren't by my side all of the time. I sure missed you but you were having so much fun with your friends. Especially your new bff Lucy. You made me so proud when you went to school like such a big girl. The first day I was nervous but you walked right in your classroom like you had always been doing it. Your teachers always told me how sweet and considerate you were to others and it just made my heart melt. Lately you have gotten quite animated when talking and I love listening to you tell stories. You started swim team this summer and it was probably a year too early for you but you wanted to be with your big brother. You absolutely love to make pictures and presents for people and you are definitely creative. Much more so than your mommy and daddy!
For your birthday this year we rented a bounce house and had your friends come over. You were so excited that Lucy was coming to our house that you didn't really care about the party, you just really wanted to play with Lucy. Hopefully you had fun! We had a sort of carnival theme with games and cake. I made some signs for your birthday.
