Baby Bontrager has finally surpassed the 2 lb mark! He is also about 14.8 inches. He's got eyelashes and can open and shut his eyes. He'll even look away if he sees a bright light. He is kicking like crazy. I am positive he is doing jumping jacks in there. It's funny to see him move across my stomach. We are always trying to figure out what is an arm and a leg.
The nursery is almost done and it still baffles us that we are going to be parents very very soon, but we are so excited!!! We are supposed to have our first baby class next weekend. Hopefully my doctor will give me the green light to go, we need to figure out how to take care of an infant!

So glad Baby Bontrager is growing and active! Does he want to play while you want to rest or sleep? Hope you enjoy your baby classes. I'm sure they will be helpful. Just remember though, that you can trust your own natural parenting instincts too.

Looks like we will be trusting those "instincts" as our soul source of teaching. We had a doctor appt. today and Tina is on complete bedrest now and will be starting her short term disability. So the doctor didn't want us going to any of the baby classes either.
