We really thought with Lila's coordination she would be at least 5 before she would ride a bike, but she has proved us wrong. At the beginning of the summer we tried to get her to ride her bike, but with little success, so we put her bike up. Just over the last 2 weeks she had been begging us to get it down again. So we finally did, and sure enough she was ready and picked it up no problem. Once again proving that when she is ready she will do something on her own time. It doesn't matter what mommy or daddy think or want, it's whatever she wants.

And the leaves have started falling, which means raking every weekend. At least the kids have a lot of fun 'helping'.

Love the pictures! I know Lila's independence can probably be frustrating at times, but it can also be a good thing:)
