We got home from the hospital yesterday afternoon around 1pm or so. Lila slept most of the day so I was able to get us unpacked and run a few errands while Tina just nursed and rested. Max and Grandma Nancy came for a visit and Max and went outside. He rode his tricycle around the block (about 3/4 mile)!
Lila is a pretty good eater, but likes to stop and sleep before she is really full. And last night was tough since she slept all day she just wanted to be awake and eat all night. So it was rough for Tina most of the night. So today we are going to try to keep her awake more throughout the day. Max will return today as well, so that's when the real challenge (and fun) begins.

i can't believe how different she looks from when max was little. it might just be the hair though! she is gorgeous! i hope all goes well when max comes home.
What a precious family you have... I'm sure Max is going to just love his little sister.... If your kids are anything like mine.... Lila will be much rougher on Max than Max is on her! Ha!
