Tis The Season

We have had a lot of fun the past couple of days. Max is finally old enough to understand Christmas a little bit. His school put on a program on Thursday. Michael and I were shocked that Max actually sang a little bit and participated in all of the songs. His teachers said that day was the first day that he sang. He's still really shy at school, but he really loves it. He has started telling us some stories from school. Usually they involve a friend named Mathew and usually Max is laughing so hard we have no idea what he is saying, but we are thrilled he is having such a good time at school. Our clubhouse had breakfast with Santa yesterday and Max got to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what he wanted for Christmas, two new Curious George books. Santa only bought one, so it looks like Santa will have to make a trip to the store in the next couple of days. He also wanted a game that he made up. Hopefully he will forget about that one b/c we don't know how to buy a made up game. There are no pictures of Lila. She was not a big fan of sitting on Santa's lap.

And we finished the day with some Banana Chocolate milkshakes that Daddy made. Lila pretty much chugged hers, while Max kept saying 'Lila! Slow Down! You'll get a brain freeze!'
